Kohl’s Department stores recently hosted a full-day business writing workshop for its public relations brand team at the company’s Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin headquarters.

The public relations brand team is a group of motivated communications professionals who are responsible for designed, writing, and producing Kohl’s retail store look, feel, and messages for the consumer public and the press.

“John’s session was great,” said Ryan Ratajewski, Public Relations Coordinator. “He is a strong, knowledgeable speaker, and he delivered insightful ideas to help me think about my different audiences and write for them.”

“This was well worth the time," said Public Relations Coordinator Annie Holschih. "I learned a new way of thinking and a new process to help me organize my ideas and approach writing more effectively."
