Pierpont Communications staffers get a taste of what it takes to think clearly & write what they mean.
John Sturtevant recently led a fast-paced Clear Writing Session for a dozen eager and enthusiastic staffers at Pierpont Communications' Houston headquarters.
The 90-minute Clear Writing Seminar was part of the firm’s ongoing Pierpont University series, which delivers innovative new ideas to help hone the team’s creative and strategic thinking skills.
“John had dozens of great lessons for us,” said Pierpont’s Senior Marketing Counsel, Denise Patrick, who attended the session. “I especially liked his ideas about really understanding our readers, and what we expect them to think or do after reading what we send them.”

Pierpont Communications also asked John Sturtegvant to offer a series of full-day Persuasive Writing Workshops for its staff over the next few months.
