Global energy management company, Schneider Electric, recently hosted John Sturtevant’s two-day Clear Communication Seminar for a group of the company’s plant managers from the Asia-Pacific region. Schneider hosted the two-day session at its Clipsal manufacturing facility in Huizhou, China.

“This was a really fun, practical, and interactive workshop,” said Shawn O’Connor, Regional HR Manager. “John gave us great, easy-to-use tools and a framework for creating effective reports.”

“John taught us must-have skills,” added Lim Ah Hwan, BPE Manager. “I especially found valuable John’s ideas on transparent writing and how to focus on the reader. I will definitely use what I learned in my next report.”

“This was a great interactive process,” said David Kubank, Plant Manager at the company’s Adelade Australia facility. “John held our attention with his wit and knowledge woven into the training.”

“This session will improve a process which most business leaders assume they’re good at, but they’re not,” said Sivadas Pillai, General Manager of the Huizhou plant. “Simple techniques like outlining and asking insightful questions will significantly improved our communications here.”
